      How to use: The dosage rates of Egg Powder depends upon the usage. If you are mixing it with water to reconstitute an egg consistency use 100g of egg powder and 300ml of water = 400g of liquid egg. Always use a blender when mixing with liquids. Egg Powder dissolves best in water at temperature of 35-40°C.
